Lucy Stragapede, Founder

Known in the industry as a “secret weapon” to C-suite executives and often found working in the capacity of consulting Chief of Staff, Lucy has the unique ability to quickly see the big picture and advise on a comprehensive vision that includes the ways to get there. Lucy’s hands-on approach to working with Senior Leadership allows ACP a unique inside perspective to customize organizational transformation from vision to strategy and implementation. Programs are comprehensive, scalable and promote penetration of change by engaging stakeholders across the organization from concept through implementation and beyond.

Passionate about emerging technologies to differentiate the customer journey.

Christi is our Communications Strategist specializing in new business initiatives and cross-organizational communication. Her strength lies in breaking down IT specifics into an easy-to-understand language, white papers, proposals and employee communications.


Cindy Mahlstedt

Marketing Communications Strategist

Cindy is adept at developing and implementing change management, employee engagement, corporate communications, executive branding and digital strategies.
